Racing (inc. Personal ‘Butler’ service)

Many guests tell us that there is little to beat the immediacy and thrill of a day at the Races.  We can provide ground transport to support your corporate hospitality plans.

We offer chauffeur services from Kent to the following racecourses: Ascot, Goodwood, Cheltenham and Epsom.

Many corporate hospitality guests prefer to book their chauffeur and vehicle as an extended service. This includes drinks and nibbles* en route to the racecourse.  

If you are visiting the Royal Enclosure at Royal Ascot, weather permitting, your chauffeur will become your personal butler, setting up a table and seating to enable you to enjoy drinks and nibbles before entering the racecourse.  

And, at the end of an exciting sporting day, your chauffeur will enable you to use your table and seating for additional time at the racecourse whilst the traffic clears. (Table and seating provided by client.)

If your plans include a follow-on dinner and drinks with your guests, our extended service means that you can book your chauffeur and vehicle so that they are available at your disposal for the entire evening too, if you prefer. 

(* We do not provide catering or drinks packages although we are happy to collect these on our clients’ behalf and have these available for your day at the Races.)
